| WHERE TO STAY IN DUBROVNIK | | Answer to this question depends on your preferences, of course, but, what people usually want to know is how important it is to stay close or in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Close to the Old Town you have Hilton Imperial, Hotel Excelsior and Grand Villa Argentina and inside of the Old Town are Hotel Stari Grad and The Pucić Palace. | | All of this hotels, expect from Hotel Stari Grad are five star hotels. Hotel Stari Grad is a charming three star hotel but it is very small so it is often very hard to get the availability.
What we have on a little longer walking distance are Hotel Bellevue, Rixos Libertas and Hotel Lero. Lero is a three star hotel and the other two are five star hotels. As you see, there are no too many three star and no four star hotels close to the Old Town. So where are all our hotels located?
Most of the three and four star hotels are located in Lapad and Babin Kuk area. This areas are on 10 minutes drive from the Old Town by local busses and you should not be affraid of how to get to the Old Town form here. Bus stations are close to all of those hotels: Grand Hotel Park, Hotel Uvala, Hotel Komodor, Hotel Splendid, Hotel Vis, Hotel Neptun, Hotel Ariston, Hotel President, Valamar Club Dubrovnik, Hotel Ivka, Hotel Argosy, Hotel Tirena and other hotels in the area. |

WHERE TO SWIM IN DUBROVNIK?
 Dubrovnik offers all types of different beaches from rock, sand and pebble. Most locals prefer to swim on either rocks or pebbles as they don’t like the thought of getting sand everywhere. Sandy beaches are much rarer and tend to be hidden away on islands or in difficult to reach coves and bays. |
